The people were so helpful and even worked right up to closing to complete a large last minute copy project for us. We could not be more pleased with the service and work that was done. Jenn was especially helpful

Careful returning amazon items here. I walked in with two different returns at the same time. The lady at the one register was helping somebody else, but asked me if I had an Amazon return to which I replied yes. She asked a male employee (Joe) to help me with that. Joe was standing back beside another employee facing the wall, the other employee did not appear to be really dpong anything on that computer, but Joe was obviously watching him do whatever it was. Joe turned around and looked at me, then turned back around toward the computer and stretched and put his arms behind his head to stretch. The female employee then asked him again to help me, to which he completely ignored her. The guy at the computer turned around about 30 seconds later and asked another customer at the other side of the counter (this customer came to the counter after I did) what he needed. The female employee again asked Joe to help me, to which he replied "I have another customer.. " and pointed toward the other customer. He then walked away from me toward the other customer and spoke with him for about 10 seconds before finally coming back to me. I showed him one baroda and he scanned it, then the first item I handed him which was on that return. [Normally they would then take that item and put their own barcode on it and place it into a box, he didn't, he just left it sit there on the counter] then he scanned my 2nd barcode and the 2nd item and finally put barcodes on both items and placed them into a box. I told him I think he messed up which barcode goes to each return and his reply was just "ok" and that was it. Sure hope my returns make it back to amazon as expected.... and maybe Joe gets some more training or something 🙄

Came in to buy notebooks. The notebooks are in the clearance section and marked at ¢45. When we went to checkout we stood at the counter with no help since the employees were at the picture counter. The one employee was told by her manager to come help us to which she told us she would not check us out at the counter we were at but at the picture booth, as we were walking over she then told us to go back to our original counter and that another associate would help us. We then waited for Gavin to help us. As he was ringing us up the notebooks were coming up as $1.46, we informed him they were listed as on sale in the back in the clearance section. At this we were given the most attitude and told that “things were mislabeled and put back in the wrong place a lot of the time so it probably wasn’t that price”. We told home there was a whole box and we were more than willing to walk back to take a picture of the price. He still had an attitude about this and when we went and took a picture of the display along with bringing up the price sticker he told us it was still not the same. We told him that if there’s a whole display box of composition notebooks with a tag of ¢46 under them but he wasn’t going to sell them at that price it’s false advertising as well as the fact it’s his job to be organizing the shelves to make sure situations like this don’t happen. Once we brought up the fact it was false advertising he did agree to change the price, but still had an attitude. Will just be visiting Walmart to buy my products in the future to save myself the hassle. Would not recommend visiting.

The product was great! No complaints there. It did take a day longer to complete than what the website had told me, but it didn't cause any major burdens.

The main printing experts - lady and a young gentleman (and whose names escape me this afternoon) are always polite and knowledgeable and do a GREAT job on my print orders. In addition, the main man cashier, I think his name is Graham ??? (again, not sure as I apparently am woefully unprepared to do reviews) is ALWAYS welcoming and offers assistance. He is also efficient throughout the checkout process and should be commended by his manager.
