  My boyfriend had very sudden problems with his laptop for an assignment due the next day and John, the assistant manager, went above and beyond at the easytech center. He was patient, listened with intention, and cared. Incredibly kind, helpful, and worked creatively to find solutions. We could not be more grateful for his assistance.

  I went here to print some copies. Right off the bat, I was a little confused as to how I was supposed to print. So I waited for the employees to be available, and a male employee approached me asking how he could help me. I explained my situation, (that being, my phone would not email the PDF files needed to print) and he understood, tried to help me, and whenever he could not help, he told me he would go get a plugin for my phone to attach to the printer directly. I agreed, and waited. He came back, and I casually mentioned “Maybe if I download it, it’ll make it easier to email.” He agreed and said “That’s probably your issue here.” I told him it was probably part of the case. However, he just walked away as if the problem was resolved. I figured maybe he had to go help another person, so I stood there for maybe 5 more minutes waiting. Then, when I thought he wasn’t busy anymore, I told him it still wouldn’t work and he ignored me and just walked past. I waited a few more minutes, then called the UPS store. They were beyond helpful with my problem. Also, I’d like to mention, I work in an industry similar to this. So I understand being busy, I understand having stuff to manage, but the store was dead empty. Maybe had 2 people browsing, and one man back at tech service talking to a female employee. TL;DR, if you want to print copies, go to another place
