I entered the store to ask about copy service and they replied they did copies, but at no time did they tell ,me the cost. when I went to the register I was told I owed almost $35 dollars for the copies! The person working the register said, " yeah. it's 52 cents a copy. This is a ridiculous amount ! I could have walked further into the store and bought a printer instead for a few dollars more. I asked for my money back, happy to leave the copies and was told no. I then asked for someone in charge and was told id have to make the drive back into Dunois the next day to speak with someone. This was right before they closed for the night. I will never recommend Staples for any reason!
