They have not picked up the phone though I rang it several times. Before I left they said there was someone different all the time on the route. Very poor service. I will now contact the USPO to file a formal complain

They have all your mailing needs. I understand people groaning about rising rates. However, these people are not paid or appreciated enough! They also deserve raises.
