This particular day, I inquired about printing services after reviewing the ups website and the manager on shift, Sean, was slightly difficult to speak with. I tried to describe the sized postcard I’d be needing for the EDDM print job I’d need and his tone became condescending as he repeated that isn’t a service they offer and they “are NOT UPS” even through my attempts to redirect the conversation to the TYPE of product I would need printed. Twice I did a little calming chuckle to myself smiled and tried to redirect the conversation until I gathered my items and left. No thank you and I’ll have to find an alternative UPS store that is further away now but it’ll be worth it. Thanks.
