I work in marketing and many times have had to deal with print shops, agencies etc. Postnet has always been there for me. I can rely on them for notaries, package sending and printing and graphic design work. They have always been there for me and understand me and my life and business. Even if a mistake from a print shop happens- the owner Felice knows and immediately is there to fix the situation with grace and gratitude. Such a refreshing change from the big corporate places like FedEx and UPS. They help with local community evants and their staff is always polite, professional and reasonable. What a treasure of a local businesses that we all miss in today’s hustle and bustle. I truly trust them with everything I do!!!

I had invitations made from a specialty printer because POSTNET told me they did not have the card stock that I was looking for. Long story short after I got the invitations made I just needed to get the paper trimmed a simple trim from 13 x 9 to 11 x 8.5. I called ahead and asked him if they could do this. Keep in mind that The previous printer added trim marks to make it easy for trimming. They said that they could do it no problem. I dropped them off and then I got a call a few hours later saying that there was an issue that I needed to get there. The employee who “trimmed” my items completely ruined them, and cut through the invitations 2 ways and also cut off the top of the invitation that was in the shape of a seashell. There was no apology from either Felice or the other employee that made the mistake. They still have not tried to resolve the situation. They even had the audacity to still charge me For another print order that I made that same Day, knowing that they completely ruined very expensive invitations. I had to Call the other printer re-order those that they ruined and was charged with a rush fee, and they still have not tried to rectify or refund me any money from the mistake that they made . They don’t care at all about what they did. Super disappointing I would never trust them with any paper products and I do not recommend using them. Find a better printer. It was a simple trim
