Slow service by clerks who don't know how to keep a line moving. Takes forever to send or retrieve a package. If I need to divert a FedEx package, I divert it to Parcel Place, where there are competent people and plenty of parking.

Staples always makes you feel like you’re bugging the employees to print something. The guys here did the exact opposite. Quickly showed me an example of my print within seconds. Showed me paper options. And used my company account number getting my oriented way down. This will be my preferred print and shipping location, and I appreciate the “can do” attitude and cheerful demeanor while working with me. Thank you!
