- NNNancy NevinsDec 18, 20251.0Omg, this post office has gone down hill severely. It is filthy. The floor is filthy, the roll down in front of the clerk desks is filthy, there is black all around the vent on the ceiling blown across part of the ceiling, may be black mold, the bulletin board is bare and shabby looking, glass was dirty along with the counter tops. On Dec.18, one week before Christmas there was only one clerk working while we stood in a long line. She had a can of soda and can of Pringles up on the counter and appeared to be half dead on the job. This is unfathomable for a high quality town like Doylestown. Very low appearance for a town like Doylestown. The appearance of the Doylestown Post Office is deplorable and shocking.

Every other day I stop in and get some story from a supervisor on how they are waiting on an email or waiting on a call from a help desk and there's nothing they can do except for call again but they don't. I was lied to from the beginning by staff because no one wanted to call since it takes too long. I'm looking for someone from the upper management team to contact me, they have my info at the store along with the money they took and refuse to return. Not to mention I spent 45 minutes at the store waiting for a money order machine to work.
- AMAl MalOct 2, 20255.0Im going to write a review on our amazing mailman Charlie. He goes out of his way to help everyone and goes over and beyond to help. We have a situation going on with our community where they made things more complicated and Charlie has been nothing but a great help. He really helped us out today under the circumstances. In my opinion that man deserves a raise or an extra vacation. Thank you Charlie for going out of your way to help us when you did not have to. We greatly appreciate you and I feel safer that he is our main mailman. Please let Charlie see this review and know that he is one of the best mailmen we every encountered. Thank you again Charlie for all your help and we wish you the best with the holiday seasons coming up. And thanks for looking out for us. Like I said this man goes out of his way to help everyone and he deserves a big raise if possible. Give that man a big holiday bonus we will be tipping him for the holidays because he deserves it. Thank you again Charlie! Hope you have the best week and get things figured out with this mess!
