He sits in his chair an refuses to even extend his arms out to handle the mail, forcing me to reach over the counter. It is every time. He also makes in unprovoked inappropriate comments. I drive the extra two miles instead of the 2 blocks to get the excellent service that USPS has given me for over 5 decades. This guy needs to be fired !
