    I seldom write reviews, but let me tell you I have been absolutely amazed by Mark’s professionalism. Every time I’ve been in, the place has been packed. He’s had a line all the way to the door, but he has communicated so clearly and so kindly with that line letting everyone know exactly where he’s at how much longer it will be and quickly addresses issues that he can fix easily to speed things along for everyone. Seriously this man deserves a raise. So much respect for Mark. 🫡

    0/5 — Extremely Poor Service and Mismanaged Operations This location has been one of the most frustrating USPS experiences I’ve ever had. They allow customers to book appointments for passport applications, yet they do not have dedicated staff to handle those appointments. As a result, people end up waiting hours while the same employees try to juggle passport processing and regular postal services. What makes it worse is that passport applicants are prioritized over normal postal customers, causing long, unnecessary delays for everyone else. It’s unclear why this office continues to schedule passport appointments without proper staffing or a clear process in place. Overall, this branch feels completely mismanaged. If you value your time, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location for both passport services and regular postal needs.

    If I could give zero stars I would because 1 is too generous. Every post office I’ve ever been to in my 45 years, as long as you are in the building before they close, you are helped. I was in the building and in line 20 minutes before they closed. I was next in line waiting for my turn, the people being helped and been being helped for over 10 mins each. As soon as it was 4pm they told me they would not help me and were closing. Rude and poor service and 100% not how post offices operate. They are supposed to lock the doors at 4 and help every person that has been inside waiting.

    Lavonne and Carmen of the Downingtown, PA USPS office were outstanding in keeping me posted about a "missing" package. They went above and beyond to keep me informed of its whereabouts. Thank you for your great customer service!
