Every post office I’ve ever been to in my 45 years, as long as you are in the building before they close, you are helped. I was in the building and in line 20 minutes before they closed. I was next in line waiting for my turn, the people being helped and been being helped for over 10 mins each. As soon as it was 4pm they told me they would not help me and were closing. Rude and poor service and 100% not how post offices operate. They are supposed to lock the doors at 4 and help every person that has been inside waiting.

- JMJim MasonOct 22, 20251.0The only reason for 2 stars is the office staff are great, my wife loves them. Your delivery staff are lazy and have no regard for package delivery. They drive down my driveway and throw packages out the window of their delivery trucks. This is multiple times, reported multiple times. They parked right in front of the sign on the wall of my garage that states deliver all packages to front porch. See the video and picture. Box was a vintage headlamp for a motorcycle that broke because the box was thrown from the postal delivery person. Ok, down to one star-here’s another failure from post office delivery driver, same one, Even after drivers manager stated it was addressed with this driver. So here we go again, driver backs down my driveway, over my lawn, delivers a package in my driveway, right in front of sign stating all packages to front pourch. My wife went out and reminded driver not to pull in our driveway and deliveries to front pourch. She got back into truck and said got it- incorrect, she ain’t got it. Obviously post office manager didn’t have a discussion or this driver doesn’t care - probably both. See photo and another video.

So far only 1 Package never received. Lobby scanner are open 24 hours but many times the drop box is locked. Sometimes even while operating hours. Tracking Packages can be frustrating at times also but that's the whole system
