I was so nervous that I wasn't going to get it in time, but the woman who helped me at this office was so nice and calm. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I got my passport within 2 weeks. I wish I remembered her name (I think Brenda?) She was awesome!

My mother literally had to call and schedule an appointment several times and they keep hanging up on her. And, when we came in, the rep in thick rimmed glasses and short hair said that we have to schedule appointment. We told her our situation and that we found out that they accept walk-ins. Her response was, “We dooo, but we are booked fully for today. “ How are you booked?! They was literally no one waiting behind us, and we have been sitting there for 45 minutes. Who else is there to renew? I used to work in Customer Service and have been taught to give the best quality service. This is a disappointment.
