  Stopped in this UPS in Douglassville yesterday (12/16/25) on my way home , to ship a Christmas gift. Negative feeling place. While waiting in line to mail my package there was a butch looking female throwing orders around to customers. Very odd. She eyed me up and blurted out “ What’s in the package “ it was abrupt and inappropriate to talk to customers like that ,however I had no problem disclosing what was in my package as I was also asked at other UPS stores. Understandable. But I asked why because she wasn’t the one that would be waiting on me. She was just standing around doing nothing but mouthing off. Very rudely and with a weird laugh she stated “ She’s the OWNER “ 😂 and that she wasn’t going to ship my package because she didn’t like the shipping paper and tape I used and insisted I put it in one of her boxes she sells. Ummm… so she could charge me more? I think so. I caught onto this swindler quickly and removed myself from this weirdo. Total waist of my time. Corrupt business and will never recommend this UPS store to anyone. Also, the 5 star reviews for this store are very hard to believe they are legit. EDIT I went to a UPS/Staples in Wyomissing to mail a package with no problem at all! Friendly atmosphere. ❤️ The young man was polite and friendly too and actually gave me a coupon for a couple dollars off the shipment price! Which was nice. So definitely worth going the little extra distance. 😊🙏🏻

  The lady in there was disgusting. I had a package with a prepaid label. She and another younger employee were hanging out at the back of the store. The troll was sitting and says what's up, I replied I'd like to ship this and I need a receipt. She barks use the kiosk and I informed her it's not an Amazon package, "dont matter use that." On my way out the UPS guy arrives to pick up the package and she starts belittling the poor young man, saying he needs to do his job and he just takes a breath and says he's just there to pick up the packages for this evening. He and I locked eyes in disbelief of how this woman was acting. I ran out the store as fast as I could. I still can't believe this is how someone would treat people, especially on black Friday when shipping is already high priority.
