- JRJames RectorDec 23, 20241.0I own a small business in MI, and sent an order out to a customer which arrived at this post office. They charged the customer a $4.11 fee for a plain white envelope because they claimed it was too thick for the envelope requirements. Customer took pictures for me showing that the envelope goes through the designated slot and that there's nothing wrong with it. It weighs a lot less than 3 Oz's and meets the requirements for PWE normal shipping. Naturally, I refunded the customer $4.11 off his order from me so that he could pick up his order from this store. Complaints have already been filed towards this store from the customer and myself. I have never seen a post office do this before, but from looking at all the other reviews, it's not surprising. Now I'm just waiting for a call back from the USPS Refund Services to get my refund.

I had to visit the Delta, PA Post Office and after having to find it as I have never been there was one of my BEST experiences for a Post Office. I had a problem or two and they helped me fix the problem, was very courteous, and help make me smile over the experience that I have to have resolved. VERY nice ladies that helped me at Delta Post Office William Halczuk
