I called this post office and an angel picked up (Dawn) I explained what was happening and she found my package (which was a zip code era) 18327 was supposed to be 18328. If not for Dawn my package would have took another journey to wherever. Ty again Dawn and enjoy the pizza😀
- KRK RMar 27, 20211.0The reason why I am giving it 1 star is because of the postal workers and the awkward hours. I feel uncomfortable getting a package from the workers. They are extremely unprofessional. They enjoy returning your letters back to sender even though your name and address is on it. (If your sender accidentally forgets to add your PO Box number, forget about it.) However, even if the PO BOX number is omitted, they will sometimes put the letter in your mailbox. There is so much inconsistency with the two workers, Dawn and Tami. I spoke to one of the workers because I had concerns and she told me, "We day drink here." Absolutely disgusting. She was joking but who the actual heck says that to a patron? And on another occasion, one would blame the other for "Being by the book," and claiming that she was the more laidback worker when in fact they will do whatever they please. I love living in DWG but the fact that I have to get mail here is the worst. A couple reviews says the ladies have your back and I beg to differ.
