- AAAaronApr 23, 20235.0Great small town office with great small town customer service. I don't go in here very often because our mail is delivered to our home. The times I have gone it's been to ship something out or pick up a package that couldn't be delivered and the customer service has been the very best! Every mail lady we've ever had has been excellent, and the workers at the office are professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly and always willing to help. One time my paycheck was late being sent from my employer and the bank would have been closed by the time my mail was delivered on Saturday so they asked me to call Saturday morning to remind them and they'd make sure to hold our mail at the office that morning so I could pick it up and get to the bank to get my check deposited. What great people! Thanks Dawson, PA 15428 Postal Workers!!
