- GBginny brunoriOct 13, 20255.0I am a regular customer at the Dalton Post Office. I technically live in La Plume however La Plume does not have a scanner for eBay shipping, which is the only reason I visit any Post Office. The postal clerks in Dalton, Kaci and Brad as well as the Post Master are always friendly and helpful, regardless of how busy they are. I rarely wait even one minute for someone to come to the counter. The mail carriers do a great job of dealing with SO MANY packages. People who criticize them might want to try that job on for size. As a former AMAZON employee, I know of the challenges in the shipping world and it can be a BEAST. I often see these carriers out STILL delivering well into the night time hours which means that the clerk on duty is still working as well.

I have complained to them multiple times about the lady in the white Jeep Wrangler and they do nothing about it. She leaves packages wherever it is easiest for her. It doesn’t matter if they can be damaged or go missing. I was also once verbally abused by an employee at the post office for not wearing a mask even though that was well after masks were required in public.
