- JCJoe CrawfordMay 28, 20241.0They scribble on your mail then send it back to the sender. They pick and choose what mail you can receive. Refused to offer help other than telling me I won't be receiving any mail with a street address on it. Been using the same address for 40 years with out problems. Cory told me today that they are doing the same thing to ten people in the town of chambersville. That's literally almost the whole town. Ignorant people at the front desk who refuse to answer questions or offer advice. Most online services does not recognize my address when adding a PO box to it. You then get invalid address notifications. Try just po box and it says it needs valid street address.
