Prices are ridiculous. Staff is rude, clueless and downright useless. I would never recommend subjecting yourself to an experience like this. Horrible.

Went to get my TSA Precheck. Bro studied my birth certificate and license for quite awhile before telling me that my birth certificate is missing a signature from the registrar and I can’t use it. What? I’m 32. How have I gone this long without knowing that? Anyway, good on him finding that and following the rules. Hopefully I’m not late for my flight in two weeks 😳

I do not shop here often but every time that I do, there is some sort of issue. Last time it was a rude employee (purportedly a member of the "Management Team") who severely lacked customer service skills. Today the issue involved confusion over where to checkout. There was an employee working the Amazon line at the Front Desk of the store who seemed quite flustered (perhaps because he appeared to be the only employee in the entire Cranberry Store). When I was ready to check out, I got in a line that had formed toward the Front Desk. Apparently, everybody in that line was there to return an Amazon product (which quite frankly is the only reason to go to the Cranberry Store given the high prices and questionable customer service but I digress). I was immediately told by the employee - albeit politely but somewhat loudly - that I had to go to the "correct" checkout line with no further instructions. Eventually, after getting out my compass and navigating what amounted to a corn maze filled with candy, cookies and other other non-related office junk, I reached the goal - two empty cash registers with no hope that anybody was coming soon to check me out. What is frustrating is that my journey was for nothing - the whole time the employee (while working the Amazon line) was standing next to a "lit up" checkout register. I am so confused as to why there are different lines going and why the employee could not simply move a few steps to his right when it was my turn to ring me out at the "lit up" checkout register. I am sure I will get the perfunctory response from Corporate saying how much they value my feedback and visits. However, if Corporate really values the customers at the Cranberry Store, they will take a look back at the reviews on here which have a fairly common theme - lack of customer service. It seems to me that additional training might be in order. It would also help if the "correct" checkout line was not hidden behind a bunch of junk for sale which looks like it has been there for years.

My fiancé and I came into the Print & Copy Center to use the self-serve printers and quickly realized we needed to print nearly 600 pages. Once we learned the machines only allow one file at a time, Tyler immediately stepped in and volunteered to handle the printing for us.
He truly went above and beyond. Tyler took the initiative, managed the entire job efficiently, and saved us a tremendous amount of time and frustration. His professionalism, willingness to help, and outstanding customer service made what could have been a very stressful experience completely seamless.
Thank you, Tyler, for your exceptional service. You made a huge difference, and we are incredibly grateful.
