Beautiful building. Employees need lessons in customer service and patience. I’ve heard this attitude is an east coast thing but it’s bizarre and unwelcoming coming from the Midwest. There is no go above and beyond attitude here, if you don’t know how the system works, you are treated like idiot. Wear your best clothes or be over 50 to make sure their snide judgement doesn’t get passed on you. Don’t be first in line and take too long to write down one address, they will rudely tell you to move so they can first serve some local that they know. And then give attitude when you do as your told. I mailed my packages in Galeton instead. Yikes.

This is a beautiful post office with a wonderful staff. At home I typically go to the businesses that pack your goods and ship them for you however that's not an option here in coudersport. I had to package my own goods and ship them and the lady that was working the counter was very friendly and helpful with the process and made sure that my package was packaged correctly and shipped.

Had important legal document being held up by USPS. Tracking had it being delivered to wrong address. I tried frantically to call someone to remedy the situation and after 15 minutes of non-viable options was told I can get a call back in an hour +. Too much to do than to wait for a call. Need to be able to speak with a human immediately option! No wonder the USPS is going down the can.
