First time using this post office. I needed one piece of tape just to be safe with my package being sent because I ran out at home. She says we sell tape. I said I only need one piece. She grabbed one piece of tape from her dispenser. That was right next to her and threw it on my package. She is as the other reviews say unpleasant and hostile. I've never had this problem before at a post office.

Very rude. The lady in the front with blonde hair has been highly disrespectful everytime I go in. She makes fun of me for not knowing how the post office is run. She refused to give me the smallest amount of tape to better secure my package. She mumbled rude comments under her breath. I will never be going back to this post office again. They really need to get someone at the front who is kind, and will actually smile at the customers.

The lady at the front desk is miserable. She likes to treat people disrespectfully for no reason at all. When asked a simple question she is unable to handle it. Hopefully they get someone new at the front desk that likes to treat people kindly.

Had 3 large packages I needed to quickly weigh, size, and price. Came in at 4pm and was out by 4:20pm. It was not busy during this time. The woman at the counter acted as though I was a nuisance when I asked for her help and also sighed and huffed and puffed. The boxes were somewhat on the heavy side and she told me they had absolutely no wheeling cart to bring them in and that I had to carry them in individually with no help or assistance offered from her. I managed to carry all the large boxes in and as I asked her to write the information down for me, instead of using paper, she carelessly wrote the information all over my boxes. At the end, she told me that if I owned a scale I could do all of this at home,(right now I do not), but now because of this experience, I would rather go out and buy one rather than to go back and be treated like I was a second time. If you don't like your job or the customers who are coming in for the utilities and services your company offers, instead of being an unpleasant worker, go find something that you are passionate about so that those customers don't feel insulted and have the need to write a bad review about you and your lack of assistance. As an eBay seller, they are not cordial or obliging.

Very pleasant! Very professional I saw the one lady take care of 300 envelopes. While to customer was grunting at her to hurry up even though she had god speed going.Overall Couldn't be more happy, best USPS store around. As a Seller on eBay they are very prompt. 100 stars if i could!
