Staff is very unfriendly, slow, not clear with any direction/guidance, and they recently lost a package of mine. How do you lose a package when it's physically dropped at your hands...go to moon instead.

No access to P.O. boxes outside of office hours means nothing before 9/after 4 weekdays and only till noon Saturday.

I came in, not really caring what the stamps were, and I left with... wait for it... HARRY POTTER stamps!!! I was so dorkily excited about that, and everyone asked how they could get their own when I used them. :)
