A 15 minute interaction of the clerk treating me (a prior postal worker) as if I were the dumbest human being on the planet when all she needed to say was "your mail is at the other facility".

No access to P.O. boxes outside of office hours means nothing before 9/after 4 weekdays and only till noon Saturday.
