Not only are you getting a recording, that does not understand your comments, you have long waiting time to speak to someone, which never happened after 10 min wait. Unacceptable!

- STShaina TorresJul 29, 20172.0The mail delivery folks are nice, but do they look at the address of the mail they are dropping off? I constantly get neighbors mail and have to deliver it to the correct address myself. Now, some of my neighbors are elderly, and they must be getting my mail and can't do that because I have pieces of mail that say were delivered and I haven't received them! I try to give it a few days in case they sent it back for the PO to deliver it correctly. After a week I went in and got scalded for not coming in right away. I'm sorry, I work a full time 10+ hour job, plus out delivering the mail you sorted incorrectly. I gave the employee at the desk my tracking numbers, name, phone number, address..everything she needed and was told she couldn't look into it because someone was doing something on the computer. They must have been on the computer all day because I never got a call. Luckily the company I was missing my package from was nice enough to send me the package again, free of charge. Hopefully the PO will get it right this time.
