- TOTom OttJan 21, 20261.030 plus years of inconsistent delivery times and refusing to deliver larger packages to our house during winter months. Their excuse is always there is snow in the driveway vehicle could get stuck. We have numerous children with 2 wheel drive vehicles so have to keep our driveway well plowed when we have snow. Amazon, Fed Ex and UPS never have refused deliveries. It is complete BS!
