I am extremely disappointed with their service. I received an image of an envelope through USPS Informed Delivery on 12/25/2025, which indicated that the envelope—containing a check—was scheduled for delivery that day. However, the envelope never arrived. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and there has been no clear communication or resolution from USPS regarding the missing item.

DO NOT SHIP AT THIS LOCATION!!! In short, I shipped an item 2-Day Priority on June 25th 2018 and it still has yet to be not only delivered to it's location, but scanned as well once it left this location. Fast forward to July 17, 2018, I ship another item 2-Day Priority and it DE JA VU all over again with no scans since the initial scan in Conshohocken, PA. USPS. If you want your items lost, ship here!
