Refused to call distribution center to assist despite my begging them. “ this is the process” manager insisted ! He should be immediately dismissed ! Heartless!

But today, one of the largest shipping and mailing days before Christmas, and during everyone's lunch hour, there was exactly one person working, 7 people in line, and the young man at the counter had 8-10 packages to weigh and put postage on. I had to leave because I had limited time on my lunch break. Why wasn't there someone else to help, especially when the crowds arrive at lunch and everyone has extra needs at this time? Not very smart on the part of the USPS which wants to better its image.
