And I got the letter yesterday saying I was denied even though YOU lost my package and also gave it to the wrong house. This has happened 3x now where they have given my packages to other people in the neighborhood and I don't get refunded or have it taken back from the wrong house. I will be calling again for the 4th time now.... Updating as of 7/10. Front desk here has tried to help me when no one else was wanting to step up. Shout out to Ena for that. But was told to put in a claim for my insurance money reimbursement at this point because it’s been 5 months and no pkg. a month later and still no word on my claim. Haven’t seen my money either.
