It was placed by this UPS store’s staff in far too big a box with a single sheet of bubble wrap laid on top. I pointed out these issues while in the store but was ignored by the “pros” at UPS. The box arrived with a significant hole in it and whatever generated the hole also punctured the sewing machine destroying it. Had the box been packed “by the pros” UPS claims to be in their ads, it would not have resulted in a destroyed item upon delivery. Lesson learned - pack yourself and don’t trust UPS - especially this store.

She asked all kind of personal questions whenever i came to the store like "where are you from" (a racist question), do you live around here (personal and a scary question bc I dont know you!), "what other language do you speak?" (Assuming I speak another language because of my look!). "What do you do?" Last time I came in she said "weren't you here with your mom last time?" (Like what?! Are you keeping track of who I come in with?!) I now have major concern because my address is everywhere on the packages. I tried to avoid her questions but she kept going at it every time i came in. I felt very uncomfortable and was scared at the same time. Will be reporting this to corporate. The other issue is she wanted to charge me for a tiny bit of a tape. I ended up using the receipt from the store with adhesive in the back to tape things up and she got upset bc i didn't end up using the tape. I asked to borrow a pair of scissors and she said "they dont cut well" (what?!). She makes sure to go out of her way to make it hard for you to use their service. They are providing a shipping service and they are incompetent at their job. Awful service and awful people! . Will not be returning ever again!
