    They need to be accurate on their site of what times they are open and when they are closed I checked online to see if they were open on a holiday and it said yeah we are open but when I got their doors are locked and nobody is home

    Terrible customer service and as soon as I walked in I could see workers in the back just throwing packages and tossing them about. They don't care at all.

    Poor customer service, refused service because on the back of my bank card I had "see id"... I had a valid ID, but was told that's not acceptable, I had to go pull money out the atm to send my package. Dumb!!!
