- JUJenna UnderwoodMar 6, 20231.0If I could give them a zero star..... I was instructed by Karen, the Post Master, what to write on my customs form. It was wrong. Not only wrong, but she forged my signature on the form. The pkg came back because of the description I was TOLD to put, again, FROM THE POST MASTER. This was a $100.00 mistake. Now the post office has refused to give me a refund for a mistake that was, admittedly, her fault. The pkg never left the US. I also got an email saying that the pkg was returned at the recipients request. IT NEVER GOT TO HIM!!! I'm so disgusted with your lack of accountability.

I haven't had an issue with the rest of the office, just him but yeah - that is a liar with absolutely no intelligence whom is fraudulent as well - what an awful excuse for a human being.
