- JJJeffAug 10, 20251.0Packages are always delivered to the wrong house, IF they’re delivered at all. Constantly late, usually get my mail from my neighbor because it gets delivered to his house on an almost daily basis. Second biggest waste of taxpayer dollars behind the salary of politicians

- TKTim KoppMar 20, 20211.0Regular mail service is generally fine here, but we’ve had a lot of trouble outside of that. We moved a few years ago and required mail forwarding. They did something wrong internally and began delivering to the wrong address (another household with the same last name). They told us to do a new forward (each individual, not household) from that erroneous address, so we did that. This created issues for the other homeowner whose mail went missing for 2 weeks. I think it’s straightened out now, but it has taken over a year, and there are still some ripples of the issue with less important mail. Update 5/24/2025 Service continues to go downhill. They constantly leave my packages in puddles of water in my driveway because they can’t be bothered to take the ten steps to my covered front porch.

Once again we’ve stopped receiving mail, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten any grocery adds, I’m so done, apparently a new house is more than anyone can comprehend.
