My mom said she didn't need a receipt and they decided to not scan her return into their system so she's out a few hundred dollars now. When she went in to rectify the situation they took no responsibility and blamed her.

I have 100 other things to do even though I just needed her to scan a package for me That would take one second. I understand that they have times for a reason however, I saw her let two people inside by the time I got out of my car. She was very rude and unpleasant to say the least.
