- NBNathan BarnhartJun 11, 20243.0The delivery process is consistently frustrating to deal with. Usually it says out for delivery and isn’t delivered. Then you have to go to the post office to pick it up. If that’s the case then why isn’t it just in the post office to begin with instead of sitting in a delivery truck all day? By the time the package gets back it’s 4pm and they’re about to close. However the staff are very reliable in providing details in orders and locating a packages location. However they need to keep the packages they can’t deliver at the post office and only take ones they actually can.

Refused to deliver to my neighborhood, then provided rude service and informed me that my package was sent back already when I finally was able to get a vehicle to transport it back to my apartment. Wish I didn’t have to go through them to get packages.
