- DSDave SoskinJul 15, 20191.0Sent 4 packages out with tracking numbers. packages showed on-time for delivery until the date of delivery, now they show "In-transit" with no delivery date for the last week. Called the USPS and tried to file a complaint. Waiting for a call back, not holding my breath. I will never ship anything with USPS ever again unless I have no other choice or option and even then I may just drive it over to the recipient myself. Customer service is none-existent. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx, hell even DHL is better than this. For that matter a 12 year old on a bicycle could probably do a better job.... And to think my tax dollars supplement these idiots...
