- AMAnna MathersSep 24, 20251.0USPS Employee here took it upon herself to tack on insurance and other postal service to my shipping without even asking me if I wanted insurance and other services. She purposefully doubled my charge amount for a very light package that would’ve cost only $5 at most. I realized this only after I paid and read my receipt at home. Very sneaky employee and I will NEVER use this post office again. This employee should be fired for not informing customer what she was adding on to shipping service.
