I am reviewing a specific employee Donte. Extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to meet. Many times he is the only one working a window and even though busy he stays calm and devotes his resources to the customer he is serving. Employees like him should be recognized and definitely compensated more for what they do.

This is a sad post office. I have had things lost or undelivered from this post office. I am tired of it. I placed something in one of the bins and it has not been delivered to the address stated. I am just tired of it. This happened to me a couple of years ago as well with an undelivered package. They left it in a field. I never got it back. I am so hurt.

I had an important medical prescription sent back because my address was insufficient. Whichever way that means -- not enough info on the label or not labeled on the house -- it's a blatant lie and their delivery people seem to just need an excuse not to carry packages.
This isn't the first time this has happened, either. Multiple times I've had packages just not get delivered and sent back to the sender because they didn't feel like delivering the packages that day.
What's more is, it's impossible to get in contact with anyone at the post office. The phone rings and rings until you get the dead line tone.
