I went in for a passport renewal, and the woman who took care of me, Baseemah, was delightful. I made sure to make my appointment online so they were expecting me. I went right up and had no wait time. There was a question about whether or not my old passport was going to suffice for ID and she took the time to call and make sure it would be okay for me! It was a quick process, she was very helpful when I was filling out the paperwork. I was able to take my photo right then and there with her, and she even showed me the photo and asked for my approval. To me, the office staff had a friendly, family-style vibe. I truly appreciated the care and absolutely recommend coming here for passport services over going into Philly! In and out in about 30 minutes. Looking forward to making this our family go-to spot for passport services.
