- AAAngeles AvilaMar 6, 20261.0the people here could be nicer, i came in for some service and experienced the staff YELLING at a customer who needed help, and was racially profiled. being located in a big town where you have different language speakers, you should do a better job at hiring people who are fit for a job like this.

I frequently order packages that require signature, and not once yet has the delivery driver in my area tried to knock or ring the doorbell, they simply drop off a "failed attempt" receipt, making me wait an extra day (on already late deliveries) to go to the store and pick up the package myself. In addition, the parking at and near the post office is a joke. There arent parking spots for more than 6 vehicles at a time, half of which I'm guessing are employees, and the street parking in the area is always full as well. Not to mention the wait times and lines when you finally get into the building are usually backed up beyond the doors of the lobby. The only positive thing I have to say about the place is that the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and seem to be aware of the issues I've just mentioned.

The services provided at this location compared to where I relocated from are exceptional. Oddly enough, I have only met one clerk and her name is Wendy.
