  Half of the time I go to this location I have a poor experience with rude and/or extremely inappropriate/unprofessional employees. I only go here because the location is much more convenient for me than other places. The store itself was recently renovated and looks very nice, and there are a few regular employees who are great. I’m not one to complain, especially publicly, but I’ve had some wild experiences recently that are completely unacceptable.

  Today I had a return to Amazon and I had set it to return through Staples. The clerk was kind enough to help me change it as I prefer to send my returns through UPS as even though Staples is closer they have messed up some of my returns.

  A great place with wonderful people working there and the owner is great too and love going there to ship my items

  The male on the first desk, around 12 m, got an horrible attitude. He should leave his problems at home and keep his way to talk to customers to himself.
