- ISIzaac Summers1 day ago1.0Had several negative experiences dealing with this post office. I frequently order packages that require signature, and not once yet has the delivery driver in my area tried to knock or ring the doorbell, they simply drop off a "failed attempt" receipt, making me wait an extra day (on already late deliveries) to go to the store and pick up the package myself. In addition, the parking at and near the post office is a joke. There arent parking spots for more than 6 vehicles at a time, half of which I'm guessing are employees, and the street parking in the area is always full as well. Not to mention the wait times and lines when you finally get into the building are usually backed up beyond the doors of the lobby. The only positive thing I have to say about the place is that the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and seem to be aware of the issues I've just mentioned.

Sure every time I go in, the line is long and I'll have to wait 10-15 minutes, but it's not like the employees are sitting there twiddling their thumbs. I always get my packages delivered in a timely manner. Packages that I mail out are also easily tracked using the tracking numbers on receipts the employees generate for me. Employees are always kind and helpful.

The services provided at this location compared to where I relocated from are exceptional. Oddly enough, I have only met one clerk and her name is Wendy. She has been a huge help and very informational. So far, so good...hope my experience remains the same. Thank you Wendy :)
