  Terrible service. You walk in and people just stare at you. No greeting , no ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, no next in line nothing just stare at you until you speak up. I've had poor service and I have also stood in line and seen other customers be treated poorly too especially those who are seniors and don't understand all the different return options. The customer service here is sad at best.

  UPS didn’t even bother knocking for a signature-required package, then falsely marked it as an attempted delivery. Customer service was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care. Complete waste of time and very frustrating.

  El peor service al cliente queria regresar una Caja tal,como me llego y me dicen que no la puedo regresar que por que tiene el sinbolo De flamable y son fierros los que estan adentro tume que volver a mi casa y ir staples a inprimir otro estiquer por que ellos querian otra caja diferente mal servicio de lo peor Chambersburg ups store 3 poblemas he tenido te asen perder el tiempo

  This UPS store goes above and beyond every expectation! The building is easy to access, the location is convenient, and the employees speak many languages while always finding a way to improvise and help every customer. Their one-on-one service makes you feel valued no matter who you are or what you need. They also offer printing, faxing, and copies, plus the most affordable packaging supplies I’ve seen—bubble envelopes starting at just $1.99. To top it off, they even have fun colors like shiny blue and gold, perfect for sending packages in style for celebrations and special occasions. Truly the best UPS store around!

  DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE TO PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS!!! I took a large, heavy, expensive, fragile item here to have packaged by the store because they advertise "professional, experienced packaging." WRONG!! The item was placed in packing peanuts and arrived to its location damaged and useless. To make matters worse, the store would not file a claim and made me file a claim through UPS.com which has also been a nightmare. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. UPDATE: The response to my initial by UPS post was bogus. I sent an email as they requested, and all they responded with was that I needed to call customer service. NO ONE HELPED WITH THIS SITUATION and they certainly did not "escalate your review to the appropriate team to open an investigation and address it with the team." Probably an AI response.
