  Today I had a return to Amazon and I had set it to return through Staples. The clerk was kind enough to help me change it as I prefer to send my returns through UPS as even though Staples is closer they have messed up some of my returns.

  The male on the first desk, around 12 m, got an horrible attitude. He should leave his problems at home and keep his way to talk to customers to himself.

  i think the people in this store are lovely. i ho in frequently and they are always working together and never angry about anything. i like them very much.

  Terrible service. You walk in and people just stare at you. No greeting , no ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, no next in line nothing just stare at you until you speak up. I've had poor service and I have also stood in line and seen other customers be treated poorly too especially those who are seniors and don't understand all the different return options. The customer service here is sad at best.
