They are quick to lend a hand if you call or visit with a issue. Post Master even called me before to help out with a lost package. Good folk. Best local post around!

He gave me a copy of rules , confirming that I was right and prepaid flat rate box may be shipped from any post office but tried to convince me that it works only for small shipments. He has to be retrained both for shipping rules and customer service
