Could not understand why this location received such terrible reviews, but today’s experience proved that the negative reviews were correct. I usually go in later in the afternoon and engage with a pleasant and helpful woman. Today, two men at the counter were both rude. unhelpful, chose my receipt selection for me and shared no apology, and had such an inappropriate manner for people working in service. They seemed pleasant enough with other patrons, which makes me wonder whether they had an issue with me, my appearance, or something else that is unique about me for this area…I was just as polite as others in the beginning of our interactions but after repeat rudeness from both clerks, I matched their energy. I’ll be asking to speak with a manager if I return and encounter the same lack of decorum and customer care.

I receive an email daily letting me know what to expect in my mail box. Unfortunately I have had several occasions that I have not received what I was expecting to receive and I'm not receiving important items

I live in the delivery area for this post office. They have refused to deliver any packages to my house. They state that I am in Chadds Ford. but if you google my address with a zip code from there it puts my house several miles west of here.
The clerks I have spoken to have been completely unhelpful, and have told me that basically I do not exist. As a former postal carrier, and a decedent of quite a few former Post Masters of post offices around here I find their customer service HORRID. I would suggest getting your mail delivered by ANYONE else besides them if you can.
