- ADAudrey DavisDec 30, 20251.0Could not understand why this location received such terrible reviews, but today’s experience proved that the negative reviews were correct. I usually go in later in the afternoon and engage with a pleasant and helpful woman. Today, two men at the counter were both rude. unhelpful, chose my receipt selection for me and shared no apology, and had such an inappropriate manner for people working in service. They seemed pleasant enough with other patrons, which makes me wonder whether they had an issue with me, my appearance, or something else that is unique about me for this area…I was just as polite as others in the beginning of our interactions but after repeat rudeness from both clerks, I matched their energy. I’ll be asking to speak with a manager if I return and encounter the same lack of decorum and customer care.
