I have filed several complaints with the U.S. Post Office but with no results. They have even delivered packages containing mail-order prescription drugs, which were supposed to be signature required due to containing controlled substances, to the wrong address. It was only the kindness of our neighbors that allowed me to receive those packages. Some packages I will never know what happened to as Chadds Ford Post Office lost them and was never able to locate them. When questioned about these serious issues, the staff has always been rude and sound as if they do not know what they are talking about. If you live in this area, get a PO box in another municipality.
