She immediately was yelling, telling me I’m wrong, extremely aggressive the entire conversation, and refused to let me speak to anyone but her? I wasn’t even asking for a manager or to complain I just asked to be seen by someone else because she was swearing, yelling, and being aggressive for no reason? I just needed help sorting out a package that Amazon told me was being held at the facility. She screams at me that Amazon lies and it isn’t there and won’t be there. I can’t even understand why she’d be acting like that and why it was impossible to have a calm and professional conversation?
