- LKlauran kingOct 15, 20251.0Since Primo brand has taken over, the service has been non existent. We haven’t had a delivery since June. The date keeps getting pushed. When I call I am promised a new date . Only to have to call again. Only customer service is allowed to help, the escalation process is worse, I am either told there is no one else to talk to. When I do request a supervisor I told they aren’t available. Then I am put on hold for over an hour. Only to find out every time I call they tell me this is a Costco account and my call has to be transferred to another number., even though I called the number they gave me for Costco. I was promised a free delivery and now a 50 credit. All of which is worth nothing to me without a delivery of water. I would rate this a 0 if I could. We have been Crystal Springs customers for years without ever even having 1 issue. The first few times I was very patient knowing they were going through a transition. It’s been 5 months with no delivery and the only action weI get is we are sorry for the inconvenience. I certainly hope I get water soon, however have my doubts. Anyone need 6 empty 5 gallon water bottles?
