    Giant, Huntingdon Valley PA. Bakery items store brands, prices were hiked up a few months ago. For awhile gave you the same amount of cookies, brownie bites, tea biscuits etc. didn't like it much but everything was increased. Went in last week and noticed the prices stayed higher but the quantity of these items have lessened. Tubs used to be packed, no more. Also, after holiday candies were always put on sale afterward at a great sale price but since last year, they're immediately removed for sale and the next holiday's display has taken their place. Are the unsold items thrown away or given away to employees? I used to buy the roasted chicken leg quarters for $5.00 a pack at the deli. This fed me for four or five meals with the extreme budget I have. That item is no longer available, also the "last chance" precooked foods don't seem to make it to the display like they used to. I already buy most store brand items but noticed certain items aren't available forcing you to pay twice as much for name brands ( sanitizing spray eg. Lysol).

    Beyond frustrated! I have been trying to help my mother get her online grocery account setup to order pickup from the Royersford, PA Giant store. It was working great for a couple orders and then she was just randomly blocked from being able to shop online. I can't get anyone to help her get this fixed and its been going on for close to a week. She's been flagged as fraud and I've tried and tried to get her account fixed. We've been told it will be fixed in 20 minutes, or it will be taken care of right away, but still nothing. This is the most frustrating experience and we're essentially being treated as criminals committing fraud. She needs the help post surgery can't get it, and can't speak to the person that can fix it. This is discrimination against the elderly the way this is made next to impossible to use a service that's greatly needed. You are supposed to welcome good paying customers, but this is deterring them with such poor treatment. Maybe there is a better option for groceries that needs to be used at this point. Response: You tell me to contact you with your link. I have been calling daily at Giant Direct with no resolution. I've responded to the emails to verify information. The people I speak with on the phone tell me it will be resolved right away, its been escalated to my supervisor, but here we are a week later and still can't order online for pickup. Never had to verify anything and jump through hoops for Amazon online orders and groceries. I think an evaluation of your processes is needed or you will lose many customers over something unnecessary like this.

    Very disappointed in our Giant's store in Hanover, Pa. Baltimore st. I ordered 2 party trays for Christmas... a sandwich tray and a wrap tray. Trusting that all was ok, I never took the lids off when I picked them up to check them. SO, on Christmas the sandwiches that were supposed to be chicken salad had barely any chicken salad on them. The top of the bun had to be removed to even see it!! Maybe a heaping teaspoon at the most. This is very unacceptable for the price we paid. SO the day after Christmas I called..talked to a girl (yes I have her name) and she claimed the manager was in a meeting but she would give her a message and the manager would call me back. (Yes, I have the name of the manager I was told was on duty!) Quite a while later after not getting a call back from the manager I called the store again!! Got the same customer service rep as the first time and once again she gave an excuse and said she would have the manager call me. It's been 2 1/2 days and I'm STILL WAITING on that call!! Obviously I will not get it!! I will never order from this deli again!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Poor customer service!! ( and I do have a picture but doesn't look like I can attach it here)
