Instead- I paid $1.50 (min I could spend) to drop off my packages. 2ndly, the USPS associate eagerly pressed the green 😀 for great customer service on the electronic terminal used by customers to see charges/payments, without asking me how I was going to rate their customer service. 😔

- RBRich BellJan 27, 20221.0Unreliable. Posted hours are 10 AM - 2 PM from Mon-Fri. I went today just before 1 PM, but the door to the customer service area was locked and the CLOSED sign was up. I could clearly see and hear someone in the back putting mail in the boxes, but he completely ignored me when I asked why the customer service counter was already closed. I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time to go to the post office in downtown Carlisle. Unacceptable customer service.
