I had already printed the label at home but didn't have any tape. So when I got there, I asked to use some tape. The middle aged woman behind the counter said, "what for?" Even though she saw the package in my hand. She then said, "you know we don't do that right? You come here all the time, we don't let customers use our tape." This is my first time ever asking for tape and I never knew it was an issue. This staff member is always passive aggressive.
