I come here all the time to ship packages for my small business, I never really had too many issues but today I had a small bubble mailer I was trying to ship out. I had already printed the label at home but didn't have any tape. So when I got there, I asked to use some tape. The middle aged woman behind the counter said, "what for?" Even though she saw the package in my hand. She then said, "you know we don't do that right? You come here all the time, we don't let customers use our tape." This is my first time ever asking for tape and I never knew it was an issue. This staff member is always passive aggressive.

Very rude young man employee today, said to a customer that she was ignorant for wanting to pay for 1 stamp with a $10 bill, and employees when you have to pick one of 3 faces for how the service was they pick the smiley face before you pick any. Something has to change.
