The employees at this store were nasty to my husband and repeatedly refused him services, despite what he was asking for being completely legal. The location near the Mechanicsburg Cracker Barrel did it no questions asked. Also, I’m looking at older reviews. The way the franchisee Justin is responding to these reviews is entirely unprofessional and unbecoming of someone who is willingly offering services to the general public. I noticed after a while the responses started coming from corporate, so i hope either they told him he can’t talk to customers like that or that this location changed ownership.

I went in for a refund and was told by the cashier Rianna that a claim was filed and I would hear from UPS through email within a few weeks. It's been a month now, and I have not gotten any emails, not even an email that my claim was denied or ineligible for whatever reason. I was also told by Rianna that I would get a check in the mail if my claim was approved. Surprise, no check in the mail. I don't know what happened, so I don't know if I was lied to that my claim was filed, or if my claim was filed and the check sent to someone else. Zero communication means I'm left to speculate as to what happened, so I am not returning to UPS as I cannot trust what they say.
