- SPSLR PirateFeb 14, 20262.0The inside counter staff is 5 stars. The delivery people on the street need training and attention to their jobs and stay off the cell phones. Mail not delivered or delivered to the wrong address. USPS needs to improve on service. We just had a W2 delivered from a DC company. The envelope came damaged from a sorting machine that wore a hole and damaged the form. Somewhere the W-2 was soaked with water. It is now unusable and has to be replaced.It also came late in the first week of February. We did not receive our electric bill this month. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. Picture of W2 attached and front is worse with address just barely readable.

- DWDustin WilsonNov 21, 20255.0Never had an issue with the post office here or any of the mail carriers. My former and current mail carrier were always polite and get my mail on time every day. I had one issue when I moved here where my address (new build home) wasn't in the USPS system. They helped me get contact info for the Postmaster General and I was able to fix the issue in less than a month. Every time I drop off packages or mail here I'm always greeted and wished a good day. Nothing more you can ask for!
