Packages are constantly marked “delivered” when they’re not, and every time I call, I’m told to wait two more days before anything can be done. By then, it’s always clear the package was delivered to the wrong mailbox. It’s not a one-time mistake either—this has become a pattern. I’ll have two different tracked items scheduled for delivery, and they’ll show as “delivered” within minutes of each other, yet nothing shows up. Eventually, sometimes they do, but only after the hassle of chasing it down. I’ve never had these issues with USPS until moving here, and it’s frustrating that almost every other package turns into an ordeal. This location seriously needs to improve accuracy and accountability.

It is states on the website that walk ins are from 8:30-9:30 AM. I arrive with everything at 9:22 and they’re telling me they aren’t accepting any more walk ins because they are in the middle of one however there are multiple people working. One woman calls me over and another lady starts yelling at the woman who called me over. Those two go in the back and start screaming at each other. The kind woman is telling the rude woman that it’s not 9:30 yet and she’s not doing anything. I’m not sure if the rude woman is the manager or something but that behavior at her grown age is honestly unacceptable, unprofessional, and immature.
