Arrived there at 9:00 this morning with the line already out the door. They had one woman working the counter. It’s the holiday season and they had one employee working. Unbelievable

I refrained from writing this review for a year. My local USPS has become the most unreliable I’ve ever dealt with. Packages are constantly marked “delivered” when they’re not, and every time I call, I’m told to wait two more days before anything can be done. By then, it’s always clear the package was delivered to the wrong mailbox.
It’s not a one-time mistake either—this has become a pattern. I’ll have two different tracked items scheduled for delivery, and they’ll show as “delivered” within minutes of each other, yet nothing shows up. Eventually, sometimes they do, but only after the hassle of chasing it down.
I’ve never had these issues with USPS until moving here, and it’s frustrating that almost every other package turns into an ordeal. This location seriously needs to improve accuracy and accountability.
