  Terrible terrible!! They are supposed to haul away the old washer and dishwasher install the new one. These guys were in such a hurry to get out! I am beyond angry with this situation. If I knew this was going to happen I could have left for this trip earlier and had someone here to let them in to drop it off, or better - I could have had someone help me lift the dryer off before they came.

  Delivery was on time while we were not home. Placed the 116 lb Queen mattress on the back porch as asked to.

  Showed up to deliver and set up a bed refused to do so do to rain it stopped raining in 2 minutes they would not bring bed back. That was on a sat said they would return Monday, never showed, got call we’d said they would deliver this Friday but when they sent confirmation it said for next Friday after I canceled plans fir this Friday! I requested they bring my bed this Saturday was told they don’t deliver on Saturday, I told man yes they do they came last Saturday but didn’t leave bed due to rain , he tells me no they didn’t cuz they don’t deliver on Saturday to my area smdh are these people fir real?!?!! Purchased new bed after my husband just had quadruple bypass surgery so he would sleep in comfort and I can’t even get the bed to my home ! REDICULOUS!!! Worst company ever!!!!!

  Great customer service. Got me in early and rught into a dock. Cant ask for more than that.
