- SMSania MollahAug 21, 20251.0Terrible terrible!! They are supposed to haul away the old washer and dishwasher install the new one. These guys were in such a hurry to get out! I am beyond angry with this situation. If I knew this was going to happen I could have left for this trip earlier and had someone here to let them in to drop it off, or better - I could have had someone help me lift the dryer off before they came.

- LGLachell GoinesDec 15, 20241.0Horrible customer service, worst company that does shipping. I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung that was supposed to be delivered over 2 weeks ago. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I took off work and waited all day for my refrigerator to get delivered on my original scheduled day. The driver was sitting in the same location all day according to the tracking app. I called RXO customer service department three times. They indicated that my order was going to be delivered. However, I received a call from the driver around 5pm stating that he will be late and arrive by 6pm. 10 minutes later, the driver called me and said that he wasn’t coming and hung up on me. That was the most disrespectful and inconsiderate thing I’ve experienced in my life. Very unprofessional. I called customer service, and the agent indicated that they talk to dispatch, and said my order would be delivered. My order never arrived. The next day I called RXO and they told me they will expedite my delivery for Monday. I received another call from them today saying they won’t be able to deliver my refrigerator until next week. They pushed my date back 3 times. I took off work so many times and missing out on pay. This is a big inconvenience. I will have to file a complaint and a report. This is getting out of hand.
